We're constantly working to improve your 7taps experience based on user feedback and industry best practices. This month, we're excited to share several new course creation tools and enhancements designed to make content development, management, and sharing more efficient and user-friendly.
Creating quizzes, polls, and checklists just got easier with our drag & drop functionality! You can now reorder answer choices in quiz, poll, and checklist cards with simple drag-and-drop controls.
When editing these cards, you'll notice a new drag handle icon next to each answer option. Simply click and hold this handle to move the option to your desired position in the list.
This course creation tool eliminates the need to copy and paste text when rearranging answer options, saving you valuable time during content development and letting you focus on creating impactful learning experiences.
Supporting global teams is a priority for us. That's why we've introduced the ability to set the learner-facing interface language to one of 30 supported languages. There are now two ways to manage this setting:
Plus, when a course is auto-translated, the learner-facing UI will now automatically switch to match the same language, creating a fully consistent experience.
This enhancement makes learning more accessible for diverse teams and saves you time when creating content for multinational audiences.
Distributing multiple courses just got more efficient with two key improvements to folder sharing:
These enhancements let you save time by sharing multiple courses at once and ensure consistent training delivery across teams by distributing complete learning paths contained in folders.
We've also made several smaller but impactful improvements:
You'll now see a clear indicator when opening a course that's already been shared. This helps avoid unintentionally editing live content that learners might be viewing in real time—especially useful for teams, ensuring one teammate doesn't unknowingly make changes to a course already published by another.
Learners can now see previous cards to the left of the active one when viewing a course on desktop. This makes it easier to refer back to earlier content—especially helpful when answering quizzes—and makes better use of available screen space.
When a team is created, the label at the top updates from "My Courses" to "Team Courses"—making it clearer that you're working in a shared team space.
MFA is now enabled by default for all new accounts—no setup needed. Previously available on request for clients who needed extra security, this feature now provides an additional layer of protection for all 7taps users.
