Everyone who needs the training, trained.

7taps is a training delivery platform: it gets training to the people your LMS can’t reach and turns assigned into done. Wave Utilities moved compliance training to it and completion went from 48% to 98%.

Start with who you need to reach.

The route in changes with the audience. The job does not: get the training to everyone it applies to, and get back who finished.

Employees and managers

They can log in to the LMS. The training still goes unfinished.

Teams, Slack or email.

Sales teams

They carry a quota and do not visit a portal.

Slack, Teams or a text, before the customer conversation.

Partners, dealers, franchisees and members

They were never in your systems, and you cannot issue them credentials.

A link or a QR code in the communications they already receive, or a branded space.

Frontline, field and shift teams

No company email, no desk, a shared device at most.

Text, WhatsApp, a QR code on the wall or a kiosk.

What teams send through 7taps.

Some of it has a date on it. Some of it runs all year. It goes out the same way either way.

With a date

A policy or a procedure changed

Until the new version reaches everyone, the version people work to is the old one.

A compliance date is fixed

The date does not move because part of the workforce is harder to reach than the rest.

A launch, a new site or a new season

The training has to be done before the doors open, not during the first week.

All year

Product and sales knowledge

The update reaches the people selling it and servicing it before the first customer asks.

Manager programs and refresher cycles

The next part goes out on the schedule you set once, to whoever is on the roster that time.

Whichever it is, the number that sets the plan is how many people it applies to. Bring the group and the date, and we will show you the route in.

Building the course was never the slow part.

The wait is everything after it is ready: getting it to everyone it applies to, and getting it finished. That stretch is your time-to-trained, and it is what 7taps is built for. Wave Utilities got a new starter compliant in three hours instead of three weeks.

What 7taps changed for them.

Opened

Brivo
3× more
sent the same course to the same desk teams both ways. Through 7taps it was opened three times as often as in their LMS.

Product training opens

GROWMARK
8% → 19%
has 700 fuel-delivery drivers across 229 member cooperatives. Delivered by 7taps, opens rose to 19% and 90% of the people who opened it completed it.

Training completion

ACS Group
0% → 93%
has a manufacturing workforce with no company email. Three OSHA trainings reached them, delivered by 7taps through QR codes on the floor.

The questions that come up first.

Is 7taps an authoring tool?

7taps is a training delivery platform. Teams draft and edit courses in it, and most do. What they pay for is what happens after: the course reaching everyone it applies to, and coming back with who finished.

We already pay for an LMS. How is this different?

Your LMS records completions for the people who log in. 7taps gets training to the people who do not, and reports who finished. Courses you run through the LMS can still export their records to it, as they do today.

The people we need are not in any of our systems.

That is the normal case for dealers, franchisees, members and customers. They open a course from a link or a QR code in the communications they already receive, or from a branded space, and no credentials are issued. See partner training.

Do you have ready-made courses we can use?

No. 7taps does not sell a course library and does not write courses for you. It drafts from a document, a deck or a recording you already have, and your team edits it.

Our IT review will ask about security and AI.

The answers are published, so the review can start before the demo. See security.
